Character assassination is REAL. It’s also very stressful when you’re working hard to build a positive and good name and reputation for yourself. Because people who are skilled character assassins can shred your reputation to shreds before you ever see it coming. But since January is mental wellness month, I want to put a positive spin on that.
You CAN rebound from and make yourself immune to character assassination if you understand why these assassins do what they do, and then take the appropriate steps to sidestep them. So here’s to maintaining mental wellness and a positive personal brand and professional reputation:
