The holidays are a hard time for a lot of people no matter where they are in life. In a previous article, I shared 6 things I personally do to prevent holiday and winter blues. If you haven’t read it yet and you’re struggling with holiday and winter depression, please read it.
But I also want to share that part of preventing holiday depression in particular is actually participating in the festivities of the season.
